UX / Interaction Designer TV & Mobile (all gender)
who convinces us with strong enthusiasm for the latest digital trends and products and helps us to make the television of the future even more exciting for our customers ZDF, ARD, RTL, Telekom, Vodafone, RedBull and others.

You always discover potential for improvement when using digital products and immediately have a better solution in mind. You are annoyed by poorly usable VOD offers and apps that are neither intuitive nor offer any real added value. That's why your focus is on usability paired with design. Consequently, only apps that convince through good usability, clever user guidance and thus a good user experience are allowed on your cell phone.

You enjoy using different apps and like to try out the latest features. You are digitally up to date and can at least roughly follow us when we talk about OTT, set-top boxes and smart TVs. Ideally, you share our passion for TV and if you're also passionate about sports entertainment and data visualization, you can't beat that.

This is what you will be doing with us

  • Conception, wireframing & specification as well as realization of TV and 2nd screen products
    for our customers (TV platforms, media companies, TV providers) as well as in-house developments.
  • Creation of stringent UX/UI concepts for innovative apps on different platforms and devices (smart TV, IPTV, cable & satellite, HbbTV, smartphone, tablet, web)
  • Concept visualization in the context of user centered design (customer journey, user stories, user flow, mockups, personas, etc.)
  • Translation of functional requirements into clear and detailed specification as well as UX/Usability concepts.
  • Assessing designs and adapting the style guide to the specific requirements
  • Conducting usability tests, focus groups and UX research


You have

  • A degree with a focus on interaction design or comparable professional training
  • First work experience (2-3 years), in an internet or media company would be an advantage
  • Experience in the conception and design of interaction design and user interfaces for mobile apps, websites or other interactive applications for smartphones, smart TVs or tablets, initial experience with 5-key navigation
  • Confident with common design tools such as Sketch, InVision and Figma, Adobe XD etc.
  • Enthusiasm for film, TV, social media and the latest digital trends, as well as enjoyment of their intensive use
  • Good communication skills in English (There is no need for specific german language skills)
  • Solution-oriented, self-initiated and structured working style
